Regional Account Manager
Location: Multiple territories available (travel required)
Type: Full-time
As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Wysong in your territory, responsible for helping customers find the right fabrication equipment for their needs. building and maintaining relationships, supporting our distributors, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales within an assigned region
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Attend industry events, demos, and trade shows
Maintain long-term customer relationships and grow market presence
Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial or capital equipment sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Experience in the metal fabrication industry is a plus
Field Service Technician
Location: Regional travel required
Type: Full-time
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll install, service, and support Wysong’s full range of fabrication equipment at customer sites. You’ll play a key role in keeping machines running and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform equipment installations, diagnostics, and repairs
Provide hands-on training and support to customers
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Collaborate with the service and support team to ensure customer success
Qualifications:
Technical background in industrial machinery or mechatronics
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Willingness to travel
Experience with press brakes, lasers, or CNC machinery is a plus
