Our assembly techs completely disassemble the machine and start fresh with just the end frames.
Replace Oil System
Next we completely replace the entire lubrication system, the lifeblood of your machine.
Machine bed & Ram
We remachine the bed and ram of your shear or press brake, returning them to their original tolerances and factory finish.
Replace Wear Parts
Next we replace all machine wear parts with brand new parts manufactured to original OEM tolerances.
Final Assembly
Your shear is reassembled with all new parts by factory trained technicians, calibrated and tested.
Certification
Finally, we complete our 50 point inspection and certification process to ensure that your machine meets our high standards for product quality.
