A Proud American Legacy
Wysong was originally founded in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1903, beginning as a manufacturer of woodworking and metalworking tools. Over time, the company’s focus shifted to metal fabrication equipment, where it earned a reputation for building some of the most durable, reliable, and accurate machines on the market. Wysong mechanical shears, press brakes, and ironworkers were cornerstones of American industry throughout the 20th century—and many of those machines are still running today.
Today, Wysong remains an independent, U.S.-owned company with a nationwide footprint and a passionate team of engineers, technicians, and support staff who believe in what we build and in the customers we serve.
